At the Altenpflege trade fair from 17 to 19 February 2004 Wissner-Bosserhoff is showing the attractive SILENTO lounge chair for rest areas or care rooms in nursing homes. The solid wood frame in beech or maple emphasises a homely character. Upholstery covers may be selected to go with the home-like ambience.

With the back and leg sections adjusting synchronously through approximately 50 degrees, the user can set the chair to the relaxation position with a single movement of the hand at one of the adjustment levers on either side. On adjusting, the seat section lifts slightly which means that the user remains in the seated position without slipping. What's more, anyone wishing to move their legs to the raised position can adjust the leg section by up to 90 degrees. Requiring no maintenance, the SILENTO lounge chair is sure to provide lasting service.

Neck cushions with or without lateral support function are optionally available for guaranteed comfort. The ergonomic design of the sturdy arm rests, which are optionally available with an upholstery finish, helps the user get up out of the chair. On request, the lounge chair can be provided with 75-mm twin casters of which the two at the rear can be locked. Fitted with casters, the chair can be moved to any position in the room conveniently and with effortless ease.

A back-rest hand rail as well as a dining tray to match the chair are available as accessories for the SILENTO. Given the extensive choice of easy-care covers and wood shades, the lounge chair will fit into any existing home-like ambience.
